The office started in 1994, on Alonnisos, to offer full design and technical support in the construction and completion of technical building projects.
Initially the office’s activities were confined to the design and supervision of technical projects (main residences, hotels and shops).
In 1995 the office acquired a contractor’s certificate for the construction of public works projects (currently the office is graded Α2) and has retained this to the present day; it has constructed occasional projects, mainly on Alonnisos but also in the broader region of the Northern Sporades, either independently or as member of a consortium.
Since 1998 the office has expanded its scope, engaging in the construction of private projects (mainly holiday homes).
Since 1999 the office has acted as a property valuer for the National Bank of Greece in the Alonnisos and Skopelos region.
From 2000 onwards the office has also been systematically involved in the sale and purchase of real estate.
In 2011 the office moved in a new building next to the police station and close to the school.
The office’s activities cover a broad range – from finding a property to completing a building project; it also undertakes the design and construction of any kind of building project (and other projects), priding itself on the high standard of work it supplies.
The office is thus active in the following areas:
Purchase and sale of property (land, fields, houses, shops, etc.)
Design and supervision of projects (architectural design, static design, designs for furnishings and installations, construction management programmes, supervision of construction and expertise in systems, support for installations).
Securing of planning permission
Construction of private and public sector projects
